100% Air Roasting

Our fluid-bed convection technology suspends beans in a layer of hot air, ensuring perfectly even heat distribution without prolonged contact with hot metal.

Sustainable Energy

Fully electric heating with a highly efficient air recycling system. It cuts electric costs by up to 60%, using just 0.3 kW per kilogram of coffee roasted.

Defect-Free Flavor

By eliminating scorching and tipping, our air roaster brings out the absolute purest sweetness in our light roasts and a smooth, full body in our espresso.
