Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30.00 for subscription members.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Roasting & Dispatch: To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, we roast in small batches throughout the week. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday or over the weekend will be roasted and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Letterbox Delivery: For single-bag orders (up to 250g), we use letterbox-friendly packaging where possible. This means you don't need to be home to sign for your delivery, as it should fit right through your standard UK letterbox. Missing or Damaged Items: While we take great care in packing your coffee, things can occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please contact us at roastery@bokicoffee.com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can investigate and put it right.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Customers can choose their preferred delivery frequency: Weekly, Bi-weekly (every 14 days), or Monthly (every 30 days).

All Boki Coffee subscriptions are fully flexible. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your plan at any time through your customer portal with no hidden fees or notice periods. Subscribers receive Free Standard Shipping on all recurring subscription orders, regardless of the order value

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Unfortunately, our courier partners (DHL) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.

Please note that our 'Priority Next Day' shipping option is not available for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or UK Islands. Orders to these locations will be sent via standard tracked shipping and may take an additional 1–2 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
