This exceptional lot of Ihcafe 90 and Red Catuai varietals comes to us from Finca El Chollo, nestled high in the Montecillos Sierra at 1,450 meters above sea level. Owned by Carlos Mejia, the farm dedicates 16 hectares to coffee alongside a single hectare of citrus , producing approximately 400 bags annually from around 65,000 coffee trees.

Carlos, who was raised among the coffee trees in Tutule, plays a pivotal role in CONEXH—a five-generation family business deeply committed to quality, traceability, and forging strong relationships with international buyers. Through CONEXH, vital market access is extended to around 40 dedicated producers in the surrounding region. Under their careful supervision, these coffees are traditionally sun-dried across 10 hectares, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional specialty standards year after year
