Our signature House Espresso is a medium light roast. Designed to be a balanced, everyday classic, this natural processed coffee yields a rich, comforting cup defined by deep tasting notes of hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate.
This espresso is a carefully selected blend of Mundo Novo and Catuai varietals sourced directly from Brazil. To achieve its consistent, high-quality profile, we blend beans from two of the country's most celebrated coffee-growing regions:
Cerrado: Recognized as the most biodiverse savannah in the world, this vast tropical landscape spans nearly 2 million square kilometers and is home to approximately 10,000 different plant species. Today, it is renowned as one of Brazil's most productive regions for specialty coffee.
Sul de Minas: Representing the largest coffee-growing region in Brazil, Sul de Minas produces about 30% of the country's coffee. The farms here benefit from a mild annual temperature of 22 degrees Celsius and an ideal average altitude of 950 m.a.s.l.
Sourced With Purpose True to our core values, many of the farms contributing to our House Espresso are proud members of the Volcafe Excellence programme. This unique, responsible sourcing strategy is heavily focused on data and best practices, ensuring profitable sustainability for the farmers while actively supporting them through social and environmental challenges.
